SPAM & WEBSITE URL's

Any person who joins this forum with the intention of spamming other members and/or posting links to sites that are known to be "nesting grounds" for trojans and other viruses will have their account terminated immediately, your email address will also be reported to your ISP and blacklisted for spamming.

If you have added a website URL in your profile and/or in your signature that does not conform to this forums rules and guidelines, the offending URL will be removed from your profile and/or your signature. If the administrator finds that the same URL has been added again, it will be removed again and the member will have all privelages removed and will be placed on moderation. If the same member repeatedly viloates the forum rules they will have their account terminated permanently.

* Please keep any enquiries in relation to advertised items on topic.

* You must use the supplied template for advertising.

* The more info you place in your advert the less annoying questions you will get and you may also have a better chance of finding your item, adding pictures of an item the same as or similar if possible is an option but will give people a better idea of the item you are looking for.

* DO NOT post items that are wanted or for sale in any other forums other than the Wanted or For Sale sections or for vendors in the Vendors Section....

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS POSTING ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE VENDORS SECTION

The vendors section is for members who take an active interest in the forum as a whole, it is not a free ad board for members who join with the sole intention of only posting advertisements.

Be aware that if you post an advertisement and then choose not to frequent this site and participate in other forum discussions at regular intervals then admin will have no choice but to remove your advertisement from the vendors section, a 5 post rule will then be enforced before you will be allowed to post in this section again.

Alternatively paid advertising options are available. Paying advertisers will be exempt from the above mentioned rule.

VENDORS SECTION RULES & GUIDELINES


The Vendors section is here for you to give your business a plug. Before you post in this section please be aware of the following:

If you are incorporating your business logo into your ad it MUST be linked off site and not added as an attachment, the same rule applies to pictures/images relating to any specific offers you post in this section.

SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

When advertising specials or current promotions, we ask that you specify a start and finish date (if applicable) then once the promotion has finished mark it as so in the subject line of the thread. This can be done by editing your initial post.

You may only post advertisements or promotions for your own business or workplace. If it is not yours and you are giving someone else a plug then please run it past one of the admin or mod team first.

There is a limit of one advertisement/post per week, if you have more than one promotion or special offer to run include them in the same post, this rule keeps it fair for all vendors advertising in this section.
